Well, I actually downloaded a LOT more, but this is one of the few that I actually kept since it was one of the better ones. This game also has graphics. Quoted from the DOC file: Look ye well upon the Words of the Deedspeaker, Lo'ana: Our land, Darkwood, was a safe and beautiful place, full of all that made life well worth living, and easily in the reach of each realmdweller. Blessed we were with a King and Queen of wise and benevolent natures; they were guided by a RealmCleric of unfailing courage and flawless judgement. Contentment lived in the heart of all, and we lived our lives happily. But They saw and envied, the Disfigued ones from another world, and They came into Darkwood through the Gates, although not the Gate that brought the Queen and the RealmCleric from another world, to conquer and, eventually, utterly destroy us. Many tales of bravery and unselfishness were woven during the war, but these are not for the telling now, as the Darkwoodrealm lies on the eve of defeat in spite of all sacrifices. It was in a prayer that the answer was sent to the RealmCleric, and so the RealmCleric, unbeknownst to the King and Queen, set out upon a journey to gain the aide of an elusive woman, she that was known as the sibyl Ianca, the RealmCleric and true ruler of Lamolna Tramontane, for the king, Merow, was a weak puppet in her hands. With no companions and few supplies, the RealmCleric set out with hopes in one hand and a gift to purchase Ianca's ear in the other.
